Legal and Ethical
When I am taking my photographs, I will need to take into consideration that there is no business logos are anything that would cause an issue. How I can solve this issue if it does occur is using the blur tool in Photoshop to out focus it. I need to make sure everything I take is legal, as well as the places where I am taking my photographs must be in a public location, so that any strangers that are involved in my photos such as the background are not an issue or ethically affected. Even though I will not be using this type of lens as it does not fit with my photo-shoot, I need to take into consideration that a telephoto lens can cause ethical issues as it can take picture from faraway, meaning I may take a photo that could potentially be unethical or illegal. Another consideration I need to be aware off is copyright infringement, this is basically photographing original work or property of someone's and distributing it as my own work. If I do this I will be done for copyright and may even be fined. I need to be aware of misrepresentation as my photo shoot boarders with stereotypes, as I have placed fashion styles in stereotypically locations where you may find them, this could potentially lead to misrepresentations; however If I have agreed with the models about locations and where I will distribute the photos, this will not be an issue.
Health and safety
The only main health and safety issues are around the abounded building on Matilda street that has a lot of shattered glass and sharp objections. So protective clothing must be worn. As well I must bring a camera bag to protect any equipment that could be damaged due to weather and locations.
